LANGUAGE SCHOOL IN MALAGA
La Brisa, the partner school of the Malaca Instituto, opened in the year 2000 and is particularly suitable for students looking for a language school with a family atmosphere. The school benefits from the years of experience of its big sister, and is accordingly one of Malaga’s best language schools. La Brisa is located in Pedregalejo- a beach suburb of Malaga- in a beautiful two-story villa surrounded by a garden with palms and pines. There are 6 classrooms and an inviting reception hall. The school is only 150 metres from the beach, the typical beach bars and restaurants, the “Chiringuitos”. The city centre is some 15 minutes away by public transport, and only 5 minutes walk from “El Palo”, a lively shopping and residential area where many of the student apartments are located.
ACCOMMODATION
Most host families live a few minutes walk or bus ride from the school. Accommodation is in single rooms with half board. In addition, rooms are available in simply furnished apartments with a lounge, kitchen, TV and bathroom for joint use with other students. Every apartment has a washing machine and bedding. The apartments are close to the school. Other types of accommodation are available upon request.
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
La Brisa offers its students the same recreational programme as its sister school in Malaga. For example, Malaca Instituto offers flamenco, Sevilliana and aerobics courses without charge for La Brisa course participants. Joint excursions to Granada, Nerja, Tarifa or Morocco are also organized. The Mediterranean climate, coastal location and proximity to the mountains offer numerous opportunities for sports enthusiasts, including swimming, windsurfing, riding, golf, tennis, hiking, jogging and much more.
