LANGUAGE SCHOOL IN CUERNAVACA
IDEAL is a small, intimate language school that has promoted the Spanish language as well as Mexican and Latin American culture for more than 30 years. The Spanish school is located in “La Pradera”, a part of the city 30 minutes north of the centre. In the immediate vicinity is a fitness studio, a bank with ATM machines and inexpensive restaurants and shops. The school has 17 classrooms, a tropical garden in the courtyard, 2 lounges with TV/DVD, free wireless Internet access and a cafeteria where coffee and snacks can be obtained. Some classes are also held in the “Palapas” in the garden. The teaching staff at IDEAL all have university degrees or over 5 years experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Their hallmark is the effort they make to ensure that students benefit as much as possible from their stay in Cuernavaca. The lively atmosphere makes it easy for students to feel at home in the school quickly.
ACCOMMODATION
Ideal offers accommodation with host families in single rooms with full board or breakfast only. The families are generally located close to the school (depending on availability in the high season). Further accommodation is available in hotels, guesthouses or apartments for longer stays. Prices and availability are available upon request.
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
JEvery week, the school organizes excursions to culturally interesting destinations (Mexico City, Taxco, Puebla or the pyramids of Teotihuacan). Other activities include Spanish film evenings, dance courses, discussion groups, Mexican cooking courses or visits to concerts. IDEAL is happy to provide tips on individual excursions or activities.
