THE LANGUAGE SCHOOL IN FUKUOKA
Genki is situated in the Tenjin Quarter in the heart of Fukuoka. Here you can not only find a myriad of shops, restaurants and bars but also havens of green to relax in or historical sights of interest. The language school offers 13 classrooms, a generously sized student lounge, as well as quiet areas where learners can study or work at computers. Wireless Internet, games consoles, projectors and a library with books and Manga comics also belong to the school’s modern infrastructure. Genki’s highlight is a traditional Japanese tearoom, where you can learn how to prepare tea in the traditional way.
ACCOMMODATION
The school now offers private accommodation in host families as well. In the immediate vicinity of the school there are also inexpensive hotels, pensions and guesthouses. RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
The selection of host families is particularly important to the school. Single rooms with breakfast with host families are offered (an evening meal can also be provided for an extra cost). The families live, on average, about 45 minutes away from the school when travelling with public transport. Other accommodation options such as apartments, small houses and flat shares are available.
