LANGUAGE SCHOOL IN BRAY
The ATC Language Centre was founded in 1964, thus offering loads of experience and an excellent reputation. The school occupies two beautifully-renovated houses, built in 1850. Victorian elegance meets modern comfort. The school has 20 bright and spacious classrooms, equipped with the latest audio-visual technology, and students have access to a study centre, where after class they can do homework or further expand on what they have learned. The school has a library and a multi-media room with 25 computers and free internet. As well, the entire school is set up with WiFi. In the cantine, students can serve themselves as well as meet with their school friends.
ACCOMMODATION
The school has known most of the host families personally for years and places great value on their careful selection of the families. Homestay offers single rooms with half board during the week and full board on the weekends. As an alternative, the school can arrange student apartments with a kitchen, washroom, living/bedroom, washer and dryer, for sharing with one or two roommates. Students can also opt to live in a student residence in a single or double room, sharing the kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer with the other residents. Additional accommodations available upon request.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The school organizes a large number of activities and trips, which, however, are not included in the cost of the course. The activities program can include visits to the museum, hikes around Bray, a visit to the Guinness Storehouses, a city tour of Dublin, bowling or theatre nights, or pub crawls. The school also organizes a selection of day trips to the most important sights and towns in the area. ATC is pleased to assist students in the planning and organizing of individual trips or activities.
