Folkestone - School of English Studies SES
LANGUAGE SCHOOL IN FOLKESTONE
The School of English Studies was founded in Folkestone in 1960 and is today proud of its worldwide reputation as a quality school and official testing centre for the popular Cambridge examinations. Students accordingly come from all over the world on the recommendation of former participants- with a small percentage of Swiss students among over 35 different nationalities annually. The professional teaching and family atmosphere at this mid-sized language school contribute to the relaxed learning environment. The school, which is housed in three buildings with typical architecture and a large neighbouring garden, is located in a quiet part of Folkestone, close to the centre and just a few minutes’ walk from the famous White Cliffs, from where a steep path leads directly to the beach.
ACCOMMODATION
The language school offers single rooms with breakfast and dinner in carefully selected host families. The families can be reached easily and are no more than 20 minutes walk from the school.
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
