Skiing is possible at Whistler even in summer. If you still want more after a successful game of golf on the internationally famous courses or an adventurous trekking tour, the high Horstman-Gletscher on Blackcomb Mountain offers highly demanding slopes year round. Whistler Village, only 125 kilometres north east of Vancouver, has a lively, car-free pedestrian area with many restaurants, shops and bars. In the evening, you can plunge into Whistler’s pulsating nightlife. A wide range of restaurants, shops, discos and concert locations await you in a superb setting.
